Is DYR really the easiest customization and personalization platform for recognition products?
Absolutely! We've tested our easy to use interface with thousands people from industry specialists to Grandma Molly to insure that DYR is easy, fun, and flexible. What used to take tons of faxes and phone calls is now quick and easy because you are in control. What you create is what we make. Our WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) platform ensures your vision arrives in your hands FAST and CORRECT. The days of art department miscommunication and back-and-forth proofing is behind us. How does DYR's 24 Hr Quick Ship program work?
DYR will make every attempt to ship platform orders within 24 hours of receiving final art approval.* Platform orders include the following products, ArtAwards, GalleryPlaques and DiamondCrylics.

What are the different options for my Customized ArtAward?
1. Select size and orientation: Desktop or Wall / Horizontal or Vertical
2. Choose one of four stunning frames: Walnut Wood, Maple Wood, Black Wood or Black Aluminum
3. Select a mat color: Cream, Black, Grey or White
4. Choose an image from our database or upload your own
5. Add a logo if you'd like
6. Personalize it with a message
Once you've created your masterpiece you'll be able to preview the final product where you can either save it to your account (registered users) or order it right away.

What are the minimum image size for uploaded images?
All of the images in our collection are at 300 dpi and sized for each individual product. We recommend not uploading an image, that after its resized to fit the product falls below 132 dpi. Below is a chart describing minimum image size for each product, but we all know, bigger is better.

What are logo upload specifications?
Ideal logo upload specification for logos and graphics with fine detail is at least 200 dpi as a png file with a transparent background. If you have an eps logo, we can convert the file for you. Just send it to Support@designyourrecognition.com
If you have a jpg, there will be a white background to the logo. If that is the only file type you have, we recommend choosing a product style that has a white text box and place the logo there.

Can you PMS match my logo?
Our printing process can't match exactly PMS colors, however we come really darn close! Colors and details are vivid with our state of the art CMYK Printing Press.

What file formats can I upload?
You can upload a .jpg .gif or .png. We suggest uploading your largest, high quality images. You'll get a warning if your image isn't of a high enough resolution for a high quality print. We also suggest uploading logos as .gif or .png since the file formats allows for transparent background. If you have a .eps logo, we'd be happy to convert it for you, just email Support@DesignYourRecognition.com with your logo and we'll send it back to you ready to go.

My images/logos are in the wrong file format, can you help?
If you have a logo or picture in a different file format than a .jpg, .gif, or .png, we are happy to convert it for you, just email Support@DesignYourRecognition.com with your file and we'll send it back in the appropriate file format. Our support staff can only change the file format, not the resolution of the file.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope. You can order only 1 or 1 Million!

How do I place a large quantity order?

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be added only to orders shipped to the state of Florida. Any tax due will be determined based on the zip code entered in your shipping address, and the tax amount will be shown during the checkout process, before you submit the order.

What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

You will receive an order confirmation if you provide your correct e-mail address during the check-out process.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Our recognition specialists craft and ship most orders within 3 business days. So take 3 business days plus the time of your desired shipping method and you'll get an estimated in-hands date.

We ship anywhere FedEx & UPS can! APOs will ship via USPS.

Will you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Of course we will. We understand that recognition happens everywhere all the time so we'll ship your DYR recognition directly to your recipient(s).

Can I ship my order to multiple locations?
To ship to multiple locations you'll have to place multiple orders. The checkout process only allows for a single shipping destination. Simply breakup your order and checkout as needed.

Can I ship my order internationally?
Of course you can! To ship internationally simply enter in the correct shipping information during checkout and then choose of our international shipping methods.

Can I ship my order to an APO?
Of course you can! To ship to an APO simply enter in the correct shipping information during checkout and select one of the available shipping options. Our shipping department will ship all APOs via USPS.

What if I want to change something about my order?
Please email us at Support@DesignYourRecognition.com ASAP with what you'd like to change. Because orders most start to be processed within 2 hrs of being submitted and ship within 72 hrs, the window to make corrections is very narrow, but we'll do everything we can to ensure you are happy with the DYR product that you receive.

Can I ship my order using my own FedEx or UPS shipper number?
Of course you can! During check out select 3rd Party Billing, type in your shipper number and select your desired shipping method. It's that easy!

What if I have a problem with my order?
Please email us at Support@DesignYourRecognition.com with your order number and any necessary information. You will receive a response within 1 business day.

What do you do with the pictures and logos I upload?
We do not do anything with any of the files you upload other than produce the products you order. We understand that all logos and pictures are property of user uploading them. Please see Terms & Conditions for more details.

Can other customers see my uploaded files and designs?
Nope. All files uploaded and designs created by you are visible only to you.

Do you keep my artwork on file?
If you create an account, you can save your uploaded images and logos. With a Design Your Recognition account, you can also save designs and access previous orders.
We will always have the original artwork as reference, but if a reorder is requested, you'll have to place a new order. Luckily your order information and design are saved in the order management part of your account. To reorder or place an order for additional pieces, just view the design of the order you'd like to reorder and add the design to your cart to checkout. It's that easy.

I already placed my order but I want to increase the quanity or reorder a previous order?
We will always have the original artwork as reference, but if additional quantity or a reorder is requested, you'll have to place a new order. Can I copy or reproduce one of your photos?
We cannot authorize the reproduction of our products or any of their elements.

Where do you find photography used in your products?
We are continually searching the world for inspiring photography for use in our various products. While some photos are directly commissioned, many of our images have been the result of searching the portfolios of professional photographers.

Will you consider using my photographs?
While we receive countless requests to consider photos, we only work with a select group of professional photographers which meet the visual standards and technical requirements our high quality, large size lithographs demand. Will you accept my quotation or product idea?
The company employs a team of people who are dedicated to the research, design, and procurement of proprietary recognition ideas. To guard against any misunderstanding, we have adopted a policy of not accepting any unsolicited suggestions, quotations, poems or other concepts from people outside the company. But now with Design Your Recognition you can put your writings and image on your own customized recognition products.
